    Initiator and founder of Deoling, who combines his experience within the translation industry and knowledge of the latest technologies. Related to the industry since his early childhood, brought up in a family of sworn translators. Creator of two online translation start-ups. Patryk, as the first in the market implemented a cloud-based OCR system that automatically prices documents in multiple file formats. Designs and adapts modern business models for the translation market with the goal to maximize profits while minimizing costs. Active organizer of training and workshops for sworn translators and translation agencies.

    Head of Projects

    Involved in the IT industry from the very beginning of his professional career. Michał participated in the process of creating and evolving one of the most Polish well-known IT services so that it gained a strong and leading position on the market. A graduate of the prestigious University of Maastricht, where he graduated with a Master's degree in Strategic Marketing. A devotee of modern approach to project management, an advocate of agile PM methodologies. Privately, a fan of quality movies and Playstation.

    A developer with more than 10 years of experience in web and mobile application development. Enthusiast of modern technologies such as Javascript, Angular, and Bootstrap. Krzysztof worked for large corporations where he implemented multiple long-term international projects, including CRM and CMS systems for translation agencies. A graduate of Computer Science at the Poznan University of Technology. Krzysztof is a huge fan of football and traveling. Where others see problems, he sees solutions.
